All This Crap And Not Enough Water!!

Everyone seems to need h2o for their bodies but are you getting the h2o you need?

Water can be found in many different sources not just your tap. Including your nourishment and other beverages that you drink.

And nowadays I really want to talk about the other beverages, because all are not produced equal.

A Few beverages will {actually|in reality make you want more h2o not to say steal precious vitamins and minerals.

It should be obvious to everyone that tap water is the finest choice. I personally use a brita filter for my tap water.

But it seems no one realizes that this is the absolute finest choice for your bodies not to say your health!

We all appear to think this preconceived notion that the more you pay for something the better it should be.

When it comes to your h2o this is the furthest thing from the truth. Since tap water is still king and since bottled h2o is normally just tap water filtered and bottled up for “easy” consumption?

Also note that if you select demineralized water as your choice bottled water you should understand that it acts as a toxin in the body.

The reason why is that demineralized water has no nutrition in it when compared to…. TAP water! So your body has to act fast and it actually steals nutrients from what is already in your body, making you malnourished in a world that is well below getting their proper nutrition and some of that could be because you select to pay 10 times the value for bottled water.

What else do you see everyone drinking? Oh ya soda pop…. Oh Yum?

Soda pop has the same harmful properties as bottled water. It will steal the the same precious nutrients away from your body. So if you’re drinking bottled water and soda pop you’re hitting your body with a double wammy of nutrient robbing “villains”. But soda pop {also|as well has a few other harmful effects. They will rot your teeth, can cause difficulties in your gut, not to say you’re getting a shit load of sugar, or should I say the lovely made made high-glucose corn syrup.

Lets supply you an picture in your head. ok so for you ever 4 grams of sugar equals one two teaspoon of sugar. So what does the average can of soda pop have in it. If i am correct for every 250 ml there is about 30 grams of sugar but is a can of soda pop 250 ml? Answer NO! It’s 500 ml. This is simple misleading that every company does with their nutrition values and you should be mindful of this starting now!

So for every can of pop you drink you are getting about 60 grams of sugar or 15 teaspoons of sugar sending your body in to overdrive because it does not have the power to handle that amount of sugar and this is just one of the many things making you fat.

So possibly you conceive aspartame is the answer? Now as much as I can’t stand the idea of high-fructose corn syrup being in almost everything. I can’t stand the ideathought that because you want it in your soda pop, the big corporation thinks that you want it in everything. And that is why it turning up in just about everything including your chewing gum!

Now is it ok for you? Simple answer….. NO!
Why not you ask? Well when aspartame first came out they knew about 92 different side affects including but not limited to diabetes and birth defects. Now they realize it can imitate serious diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Fibromyalgia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Mmmmmmmmmmmm… Now doesn’t that can of Zero Coke sound superb to now?

Now we move on to the oh so yummy? Uh ya. “Energy drinks”. Now why are these things so popuar amongst the younger population. Well lets think back, Energy drinks still steal valuable nutrient from your body, as well as spiking your sugar levels making you fat and another thing I didn’t say with soda pop but I feel I should here. Energy drinks are founded on two things, sugar and caffeine. Most of are getting way too many sugars in our life not to say most of us are also getting too much caffeine. Everyone wants to go, go, go and we seem to conceive that tricking the body into thinking that we have tons of vitality even though we are malnourished and sleep deprived.

Not to say that caffeine is a drug. A highly addictive one if you hadn’t noticed all the coffee shops at every corner on every street…

Last but not least (at least for now) is juice. Juice contains on average just as much sugar as your average can of pop, sending your body haywire. Not to say a few of them seem to think that switching over to aspartame, which I hope you understand how harmful that shit is for you now.

So what can you do?

WATER IS KING!!!! More importantly TAP WATER.

If you want to have a flavored drink I suggest you check investing in a juicer. It is kind of pricey I will admit anywhere from 150 to about 300 bucks but then you might start making your own juice. I think it’s pretty cool myself and you don’t need a juicer but you do need WATER!

Sensible Holistic Nutrition Can Overcome Sugar Addiction And Gas Problems

Too much stomach gas can be a major issue, even though after hours comedians have a tendency to make the problem the basis of quite a few of their jokes. Constant flatulence can be embarrassing to say the least, and if bad enough can create a tough-to-handle social problem for you and your family. As the subject is taboo and often referred to in jocular terms, many who suffer often do so in silence as they would rather put up with the symptoms than investigate its causes and cures.

Fundamentally, any one of three problems could cause serious stomach gas and each could lead to longer-term issues if left unattended for a particular period of time.

Your body is a delicate balance of chemical reactions and yeast is a critical component. Under certain circumstances, this particular component gets out of balance and when an excessive level of yeast, or Candida is present, health issues can quickly develop. Apparently this is the number one cause of excessive gas and results from poor digestion and a bad approach to holistic nutrition. If someone regularly pursues a diet which filled with “quick and easy” choices, it won’t be digested correctly and the proper waste won’t be expelled either. Under such conditions, the yeast multiplies within your intestines and ferments, creating large volumes of gas. Could this be due to your sugar addiction? Generally, most processed foods have limited nutritional value and are quite high in refined sugars, and such ingredients – in these proportions, may provide the yeast with ideal conditions to flourish. Even more worrying, Candida can lead to the formation of allergies, increased levels of anxiety, difficulty concentrating and irritable bowel syndrome among other illnesses.

Constipation is another embarrassing issue that few choose to talk about. Experts say that you should have a bowel movement twice a day, or food will ferment within your intestines leading to gas and odors. When gas travels into the digestive tract it can lead to bloating and further discomfort. It is important to track your bowel movements and if irregular, think of a colon cleanse and a major reassessment of your diet.

The drug industry has done a lot to brainwash us about “cures” for indigestion. We are told we have too much acid and antacids are popped like pills. As the balance of stomach acid is again very delicate, these pills will essentially cause more harm than good. Food is not completely digested due to this imbalance and its goodness cannot be correctly absorbed. Undigested food will be attacked by organisms and once again will lead to gas, bloating and other bowel problems.

These are just some of the problems caused if you don’t concentrate on holistic health solutions to help you lead your life well. You need to take control of sugar and food cravings and stop relying on processed foods by pretending you don’t have enough time to prepare your diet accordingly. Many of the major illnesses we suffer today, including arthritis, diabetes and cancer can be traced back to poor dietary health. Next time you have an excessive gas attack, consider whether it could be linked to your sugar addiction and make plans for change as soon as possible.

Regulate Your Diet With Holistic Nutrition To Help Relieve Exhaustion

Do you know that if you wake up feeling exhausted, even though you think you have had a good night’s sleep, you may be suffering from chronic exhaustion? This is a medical condition caused by an infection. The enemy, it turns out, is a type of yeast termed candida albicans, and it grows rapidly throughout the body when an individual’s diet is consistently made up of “quick and easy” food choices. You may also consume a lot of refined and processed foods, have a sugar addiction and/or may be otherwise unbalanced due to doses of prescription medications or antibiotics.

People still tend to ignore holistic nutrition rules and consume bad diets to the point where they become irritable, have sleep issues, mood swings, chronic fatigue and general impairment. Although the symptoms might not be particularly severe individually, if they’re all taken together they’ll definitely have a great impact on your daily life. Most people do not realize that they have a candida problem and should address their diets.

As you get older, it’s not so easy to get a restful night’s sleep anymore. There are wide variety of obvious reasons for this, poor timekeeping usually being the biggest culprit. You should aim to get to bed at the same time every night, which for most people will be around the 10 o’clock hour. Your body is accustomed to getting the most restful hours of sleep during these hours and you should aim for eight hours per night, without compromise. Melatonin is one of the greatest natural antioxidants and its job is to repair the damage that you have amassed during the daytime hours, eliminating free radicals and other toxins. It’s always in your best interest to avoid disrupting the natural cycles of nature.

Many of us are used to eating the largest meal of the day almost within sight of our bedtime. Dietary experts recommend that you should leave at least three hours between your final meal and your bedtime, as otherwise your body will be busy digesting the food in your stomach and intestines and will not be able to allocate the correct resources to sleep-repair work. Even worse is the folly of those who have a significant snack immediately before they turn in. The body has very little chance of correctly resetting itself and over a period of time this will most certainly lead to problems. There seems little point in adding fuel just before a period of inaction, don’t you think? This is exactly what we’re doing if we eat late and then try and sleep. Your body is acclimatized to processing instructions and does not realize that it should pause its digestive action while you try and sleep.

You are what you eat and if your diet is high in sugars and processed or bad foods, you risk amassing a significant candida problem. Not only do you want to sleep better, but you want to stave off the threat of illnesses and diseases such as diabetes and cancer. Don’t leave it until you have developed these significant symptoms, and then kick yourself for not considering holistic health solutions before. A sugar addiction is a serious health threat.

Sensible Holistic Nutrition Can Conquer Emotional Eating And Sugar Addiction

We all need food to survive and one of our greatest pleasures is the variety of foods available to us to satisfy this need. Most of us are able to easily differentiate between an array of tastes and smells, and because of this we’ve turned the task of eating into an elaborate ritual where we endeavour to regularly surround ourselves with all kinds of foods. We are often tempted to eat far more than we should or to take part in a completely poor diet. Our relationship to food can become completely out of phase, should we be suffering through particular emotional changes or issues. As we are attuned to eating several times each day, unless we are very careful a poor and unbalanced diet may arise, leading to serious health problems.

Only by looking at our general population as an entirety can we truly begin to understand the scope of the problem. Issues of obesity are rampant in society and many of these issues can be traced to what is known as “emotional eating.” When people are suffering from the worst form of this “hunger,” they’re eating to deal with personal issues or to satisfy their never-ending emotional hunger. The most common phrase with respect to food that most of us usually hear is “comfort food,” which means a kind of food which temporarily helps someone repair, replace or forget about something else. Unfortunately, our “right now” type of society means that we have instant access to all kinds of ready-made foods, processed products with little actual nutritional value and high sugar content.

When it comes to your own eating habits, it’s crucial that you recognize whether or not you’re an emotional eater. If you notice that you’re looking to ice creams, snacks and fast foods during stressful times, and you allow yourself to regularly indulge, then you’re just making your addiction worse. You are not thinking about holistic health solutions or holistic nutrition, but rather going for what you believe to be a quick fix, which in effect is just aggravating the problem. You might feel a short-term comfort or “high” but the consequent low will just make you focus even more on the issues which were there in the first place and have not gone away.

Realize that it may not be easy to overcome your food addiction and your emotional eating habits. The first step is certainly recognizing that you have a problem, but you may need the help of a trained health professional or a support group to intervene to break the cycle permanently. One thing is for sure, we will face challenges and emotional difficulties throughout our lives, but we should try and maintain a physically healthy life as much as possible to enable us to ride this roller coaster best.

Dr. Elson Haas of the Preventative Medical Center tells us that we will need “greater attentiveness and a willingness to deal openly with emotions and other adversities that may block our way to healing.” Analyze your diet very carefully and start planning to kick your sugar addiction, which may well be at the core of the issue. Chances are that whatever is holding you back and helping to create your challenges can be diet related, and if you are an emotional eater, the kind of fuel that you put in your body will not be able to provide you with the mental and physical tools to help you do battle.

Holistic Nutrition Solutions To Rapidly Improve Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Crohn’s disease is also known as inflammatory bowel disease and can be very painful and harmful if left untreated. The fundamental reason for this problem is an imbalance in the gastrointestinal tract, and when the food you eat does not break down the way it is supposed to, pain and blockages can occur. As the popular saying goes, you are what you eat and you can definitely tackle Crohn’s disease by modifying what you eat and focusing on holistic health solutions. Understand that some varieties and groups of foods, particularly wheat, milk and dairy products can exacerbate the situation. Alas, some fruits and vegetable varieties can also cause problems, such as citrus and corn.

For relief from Crohn’s disease, you may need to make significant adjustments to your everyday diet. The typical Western diet is littered with foods and processes that will aggravate the problem and in general, white refined flour and sugars have to be eliminated for best effect. We still have an over-reliance on vegetable oils, even after all this time. These oils have no nutritional value and you should walk right past them when you are in the supermarket.

It is highly recommended that you use oils selectively and flax seeds, pumpkin seeds or coconut oil preferably. Most general varieties of vegetable oils provide the body with no real value and even encourage the growth of free radicals and trans-fatty acids. These radicals start to destroy your colon, your joints and your arteries and an increase in plaque over an extended period of time may cause severe, if not fatal, consequences.

Do you currently experience irritable bowel syndrome on a daily basis? You are advised to turn toward a vegetarian diet if at all possible. Be very selective when it comes to animal protein and how you prepare your meals. You should quickly become accustomed to carefully reading the boxes and staying clear of a long list of preservatives, artificial flavorings and zero nutritional value fillers. If you have noticed diarrhea, weight loss, anemia, rectal bleeding, abdominal pain and other nutritional effects then you must make a note of the foods that have triggered the worst of these symptoms. Promise yourself that you will go on an exercise regime as soon as possible and will eliminate the trigger foods and the negativity that is contained within those processed diets.

In our present day society, sugar addiction is a serious problem for people from all “walks of life,” and unfortunately, it’s also one of the primary causes of Crohn’s disease. Not surprisingly, a simple solution is a sugar-free diet – which is quite easy to find, but will nevertheless require a process of learning, during which period you’ll realize that most of the processed foods which are available contain incredible amounts of sugar, which you just don’t need.

Take the first steps to dietary health and alleviating Crohn’s symptoms. If you focus on holistic nutrition your life will improve on all fronts. As you eliminate all of your diet related toxins, you will become healthier from an emotional, physical and spiritual perspective. A plan which is more reliant on a vegetarian or a life-food approach may appear alien to many who are used to traditional Western thoughts, but those who make the change swear that they will never go back.

Excellent Holistic Nutrition Suggestions To Help You Relieve The Constipation

Constipation can be an extremely painful condition and, if you don’t treat it, it can lead to ongoing health problems. There are several causes including an over reliance on laxatives, hyperthyroidism or poor reflexes; do you ignore the natural ‘call to action’ when it happens, which can lead to your body not recognizing the trigger?

The American Gastroenterological Association estimates that $750 million is spent every year by Americans on laxatives and as with any other artificial stimulants, your body can become dependent on them, in this case leading to further bowel dysfunction. If you choose to discontinue using them, it could lead to a lengthy period of discomfort as your body tries to recall how it is meant to function!

Hypothyroidism can be a common problem, especially in women over 40. An under active thyroid gland can lead to constipation, which may disguise the real issue.

Try holistic nutrition diets and focus on plenty of fiber rich foods such as vegetables. Organic flax seeds can add additional fiber and should be added in ground form and sprinkled on your food. Avoid foods known for being low in nutrition, including processed foods, junk foods and fast foods. If you find yourself attracted to large amounts of fast foods you may have a sugar addiction, which is a danger to your general wellbeing anyway and must be controlled.

If you have irritable bowel syndrome, you may need to try and balance the good and bad bacteria and should investigate a high quality probiotic to see if you can achieve your natural balance this way. Remember that exercising is very important and a proper regime stimulates circulation and the function of all your internal organs, including intestines and bowels.

Magnesium and aloe vera should be your first choice if you need to add supplements to your diet. One third of a cup of pure organic aloe vera juice can be added to a cup of pure water, a teaspoon full of powdered acidophilus and two teaspoonfuls of ground flax seed. This cleansing drink should be blended well and consumed before you go to bed or on an empty stomach. This is sure to clean out your intestinal tract.

Always heed the call of nature and never wait longer than you have to for a bowel movement. If you do so, water will be removed from the stool and absorbed into your body and this will make it much harder to complete the movement and over time will definitely prevent you from remaining regular.

If you really take the time to thoroughly integrate these helpful tips into your daily lifestyle, and you look into at least a few amazing holistic health solutions, this will assist you with reducing your constipation symptoms – and get your life back on the right path, while curing a whole host of other ailments, many of which you’re probably not even aware exist!

Great Holistic Nutrition Can Cure Emotional Eating And Sugar Addiction

All of us have to eat to survive, and one of our biggest pleasures comes from finding new ways of satisfying ourselves with the incredible variety of foods which are readily available to us. Most of us are able to easily differentiate between an array of tastes and smells, and because of this we’ve turned the task of eating into an elaborate ritual where we endeavour to regularly surround ourselves with all kinds of foods. Almost every day we’re tempted to eat much more than what’s necessary, or to indulge in poor diet “comfort foods.” Unfortunately, it’s very easy for our relationship with food to become totally out-of-sync, especially if we’re going through stressful emotional changes or problems. Our natural rhythm is for us to eat several times every day – and unless we’re quite careful, inattention can get the best of us and an unbalanced diet can quickly become our habit, thereby leading to many potentially serious health problems in the future.

We can see the gravity of the problem by looking at our population as a whole. The wide-spread problem of obesity in society – and many other problems as well, can be closely linked to what is commonly known as “emotional eating.” In its worst form, people are simply eating to try and address emotional issues or to satisfy their emotional hunger. The cute phrase we often hear is “comfort food” which is a way of describing the process of eating to try and replace, repair or help you forget something else. Wise Holistic Nutrition Can Conquer Sugar Addiction And Gas Problems

Excess stomach gas can be a serious problem, even though late-night comedians often make the issue the butt of their jokes. Constant flatulence can be embarrassing to say the least, and if bad enough can create a tough-to-handle social problem for you and your family. As the subject is taboo and often referred to in jocular terms, many who suffer often do so in silence as they would rather put up with the symptoms than investigate its causes and cures.

Basically, any one of three primary problems could result in excessive stomach gas, and each of these could easily lead to issues in the future if not addressed for a long span of time.

The body maintains a very delicate balance of chemical reactions, and within this balance, yeast is a vital factor. Sometimes this component gets out of balance and when too much yeast, or Candida exists, health problems can result. Apparently, this is the foremost cause of a gas problem, and it’s the common result of impaired digestion and a poor approach to holistic nutrition. Holistic Nutrition Guidelines To Help You Junk A Sugar Addiction

Without a doubt, sugar is surely one of the most invasive products in our present day society, and it will likely become your biggest hurdle when it comes to implementing a sensible holistic nutrition lifestyle. Wherever you look, you will see sugar in one form or another and it is often masquerading under assumed names in a variety of other places as well. Don’t underestimate the power of sugar, because it’s going to take an incredible effort on your behalf, and you’ll likely require the help of your family members or those whom you live with, to help you pull through the stressful early stages of dealing with your sugar addiction.

The first thing you should do is to conduct as much research as you can. There are some excellent resources available to help you compose a plan of attack. You should also start to learn about the different forms that sugar takes and how it is included in (unfortunately) a majority of the foods and drinks these days. It would be a good idea to quickly become an expert at understanding all kinds of food labels. These can be difficult to understand at first glance, but remember that all the figures relate to a specified “portion size,” which is usually rather different from the typical helping that we give ourselves.

Look to fruit for one of your truly sensible holistic health solutions. In our early days, most of us were told that having an apple a day could “keep the doctor away,” and with the many benefits, minerals and vitamins it contains, the saying is probably true. The sugar which is naturally occurring in fruits interacts with your body in a different way than processed sugar, helping you to feel deeply satisfied. Fruit should be the primary weapon in your arsenal against sugar addiction.

Processed foods contain added sugars, as this helps to preserve them during the time that they spend in distribution and on display in your supermarket. Even the most basic of foods such as white rice will put you into a low blood sugar cycle and white bread and white potatoes will also have a negative effect. Nutritionists suggest red potatoes or brown rice instead.

You may need the help of your family members or roommates, and while they may not be on the same page as you – not being willing to throw out all their addictions just yet, they should nevertheless become keenly aware of what you are trying to do. Where at all possible, you do not want to see any of those sugar-crave-inducing temptations, especially during the first critical days.

Before you embark upon this challenging, but necessary journey to end your sugar addiction, remember to research and really understand about all those foods that do not contain sugar – those grains, nuts and vegetables and so on. Some of them may be very alien to our traditional Western diet and you may not even know where to look for them in the grocery store! However, if you become very familiar with what they are and how they can be prepared to provide nutritious meals, then you’ll certainly have a fighting chance at sustaining your new healthy lifestyle.

When you realize how much more productive and fulfilling your life is, you may well be upset that you did not adopt an approach to holistic nutrition sooner.
